Did anyone have issues with not being able to send group text messages after the latest IOS Update?

Group messages are a carrier feature. You'll need to contact your carrier. There was a flurry of issues with it a couple of months back so the carriers should be familiar with the problem. But, basically, they have to turn off the feature on their end and turn it back on.
