Hi. When I try to change my password for apple ID from the computer, a message asking for the computer's password pops up saying that "AK Authorization Remote View Service need my computer's password".
I've never seen this message before. Do I have a virus or malware on my computer?

Thanks. I finally could chance the apple id from my iphone.
Anyway, my main question (I'm sorry if I weren't clear) was if a message in a pop up banner saying that "AK Authorization Remote View Service needs my computer's password" was actually a virus or malware hosted in my computer.
