Phone is answering with message

When people phone me, they are going direct message and the phone is not ringing.

iPhone 8, iOS 16

Hello,

It could be one of two things:

Do Not Disturb: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Silence Unknown Callers: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
