The Notes app used to have a "send a copy" option under the three dots menu. It looks like that's gone now. How can I save my handwritten note as an image? I can't save as a PDF because that adds page breaks and cuts off my notes. I can't take screen shots because my note is longer than one page.

You could just try restarting your iPad ... will often restore order if something is not working right . How to: Restart your iPad - Apple Support

Seems you "share" a copy

Eg: says:
"Share a copy of a note

You could just take multiole screenshots of this note.
Do you not have the "Share a copy" icon either ?
Wondering if you may need to update your iOS version.
That’s the same as having the pdf with page breaks. Not helpful

I don’t have a share a copy icon. I’m not sure what that looks like but I’ve tried everything. I can try updating my iOS.
