my iphone 11 is unavailable and i cant do anything

If you don't see the option on the screen to erase the device you'll need to put the device in recovery mode and restore on a Mac or PC. See the instructions here: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

If there's an option to erase it, you can use that instead.
