Macbook air 2018 retina gets overheated while opening browser

I'm using my macbook air for 2 years, it was bought by one of my family member in 2018 & used for like 8 months. then it was used only once a week. Since late 2021, it's been used for software development regularly. Now I noticed it gets hot frequently.

The 1st screenshot shows internal temperature just after turning on the laptop with terminal on only & the second screenshot shows the temperature when safari is launched.

Is this normal?? what can be the issue behind this overheating?
