Hello, while on holiday, I took out my Sim card O2 and replaced it with a local Sim card, on my way back to the UK. I realised I had lost my original Sim card so O2 have sent me a new Sim card, I have put it in my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but I cannot get to activate it, how do I activate my new replacement Sim card?

Talk to O2 support, it needs to be activated on their end not Apples.
