I have 3 email accounts on my iphone but the feature to change my password or update anything on my email addresses is disabled on my phone. I want to change the password to one of my email accounts because the emails are not loading or sending.

I've tried going to settings, Mail, Accounts (I see the 3) but the account I want to update is greyed out and the only one I can click on is greyed out on the next screen.

Thanks for your help. I was able to fix it by going to the screen time, content and privacy restrictions and then allowing passwords to be updated. It was a 4 day ordeal.

You change your email password on a web browser, then on the phone when you check the mail, it should prompt you to update the password.

If it doesn't prompt you to do so, then delete and re-add the account.

If you still have issue then contact your mail provider or look at their help site.
