How do I resolve greyed-out email account settings on iPhone after changing password?

I changed my yahoo email password, and now my iPhone won't allow edits/password changes - Settings - Mail - Accounts -greyed-out!

Go to Settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions.

Scroll down to "Allow changes to"

Check the setting for "Accounts".
