Lost AirPrint capability from my iPhone with new printer.

I set up a new printer per instructions and can print wirelessly via my home network from my Apple desktop and Laptop computers. However, I cannot print from my iPhone or iPad. When I try to send something to the printer from my iPhone or iPad, the typical Print Options window opens and the first option is Printer. As often it initially shows "No Printer Selected" and when I select that option it goes into a search "Looking for printers" and comes up with "No AirPrinters Found". I have been able to print from my iPhone and iPad in the past using my previous printer which is the same brand and similar model as my new printer (Epson). My new printer is listed as and AirPrint enabled device under the Apple Support web page.

I think I have unplugged and reset my router and all of my devices at least once if not several times to try and get this thing to self recognize. I am looking for some help in solving this problem.

Hi,

You mentioned unplugging and resetting the router and all devices. This is often the key when there is a problem with one or more devices/computers recognising an AirPrint printer. Resetting by power cycling would typically be adequate.

Have you done this in the following order, with waiting times? If not, it may be worth a try.

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPhone and the iPad, and all Macs and other computers/devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iPhone and the iPad. Finally, power on all Macs and other computers/devices.
