Install Uber on IOS 15.7.7

Apple says that Uber app will work with IOS 15 or higher. Am trying to install Uber app on an old phone 6S which has IOS 15.7.7 and keep getting message that it needs a higher version of ios. Any suggestions?

This application requires 46.8 IOS later what it’s that means? i tried to download the Uber app. This is what I seen; this application requires 48.8 iOS later. What is that means?
