Accidentally deleted a password.

I had two passwords saved for a single account and went to delete the older one, but mistakenly deleted then newest. Is there any way to recover a deleted keychain password? I had the iCloud keychain stuff enabled, but I haven't had any luck trying with a solution. I tried turning off my WiFi and opening my Mac to check if it hadn't synced the deletion, but it already had. As of now, I am completely unable to log into the gmail account that the password was for, as I had yet to set up a recovery email/phone number.

Hi jeffnjenn10,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. On your Mac, you can try these steps from Delete a keychain in Keychain Access on Mac - Apple Support to see if the deleted keychain appears there.

Recover items stored in a deleted keychain
If you deleted a keychain because you forgot the password, then remember your password later, you can recover the items stored in the deleted keychain.
1. In the Keychain Access app  on your Mac, choose File > Add Keychain.
2. Select the deleted keychain file.
3. You can also open the Keychain file in the Finder or, if you use Time Machine to back up your files, you can restore the file with Time Machine. Keychains are usually located in the Keychains folder in the Library folder in your home folder.

Kind regards.
