battery drain when sleeping macbook-pro 2019 ventura

Nearly every morning i wake up and open my mbp 2019 it is super HOT, and the battery drain or remain low (<50%), and i check the settings - battery will find nothing, looks like battery loss without any record, following the other's mention "pmset -g log" seems 5:00 - 10:00 something happened but i cannot figure out. any idea about the COMMON BUG like others' post?

plus: when I found the pc is super hot at about 9:50 or so, I take it out from bag and plug AC on (without open), then unplug at 10:30, about 10:36 I open it. those record is not show in log. and about the "SMC" i have reset it for many times

<pmset -g log.log>

Thanks for help~ I'll try safe boot later.

My current setting is Only on Power Adapter. Usually at night (11p.m-9a.m) I will disconnect the AC plug and put laptop into bag. So I assume the PowerNap might not be a factor

And while reviewing the pmset log, there was two PowerChime log, which show the display is on (I have 100% sure that at that time my pc was closed)? but for what reason? Is it a bug in pmset recording?

Settings - battery show below... But I started charge it at 9:50, the record seems regard it to 05:00?
