What counts towards screen time for iPhone settings?

What counts towards screen time for settings. It shows settings used at 5 am then two more times but I never actually opened settings. So I’m curious does turning Bluetooth on (automatic connect when getting in vehicle) count towards settings under screen time? Even more odd that it only does this sometimes, somedays settings doesn’t show under screen time than other days it does. However everyday my phone connects to car the same.
