Macbook Pro drops internet

Using Safari Version 16.5.2 (18615.2.9.11.10) Ventura 13.4.1--- In the past week or so my MacBook Pro drops the internet, but it says it is connected, and my VPN says it's connected. They are NOT. Is this a problem caused by the lasted update? I have to restart wifi but many times it doesn't fix the problem and I have a terrible connecting.

Try disabling if not uninstalling the VPN and compare your results.

If you believe the RSR update borked your setup— try uniunstalling it and compare your results—
