Mcafee virus scan security section present on iPad but not on iPhone

I have Mcafee on iPad and iPhone but the iPhone doesn’t have the security section present on the iPad . I have deleted and reinstalled it to the iPhone but it’s still missing . Has anyone else found this?

Do I need malware protection on my iPad Air 3? I'm somewhat confused. Reading some posts on here it would seem to suggest that there is no call to have an anti malware app on your iPad or iPhone that it is all ready built into Apple software. However when I look up the internet there are companies there, including the big players offering programs, both free and paid for. What is the answer? Do I need external programs or not. Get rid of McAfee entirely on all of your devices. It's worthless.
