Apple warning message of hacker

Nope! Ignore it! It’s a scam. No one hacked you. The clock is a fear tactic of sorts to get you to download “some app.”

Troubleshooting Scams:

This is a scam message. So, when you get a screenshot of it, report it to Apple and others.  Use my user tip: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

Restore or Reset your iPhone:

If you are so concerned, then restore from a backup or reset your iPhone to factory settings. Important: Back Up First: Be sure create a back up your iPhone prior to performing an update, that way you have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong afterwards. 

A. Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.

Put in airplane mode. Settings—>on beginning of main menu click switch to on. Then turn off phone. Call Apple support on another line for better resolution. This sounds like a scammer, but I am not an expert on this by any means. Just didn’t want to leave you hanging with zero help.
