Unable to watch BET+

I am subscribed to BET+ through Apple TV and I am unable to watch anything dealing with BET on my Apple app. I’m paying for a service that I can’t use.

There are two ways to subscribe to BET+ “through Apple”, and they are unfortunately not exchangeable. Verify this please.

  1. To watch the BET+ channel inside the Apple TV app, you have to subscribe to that channel inside the Apple TV app.
  2. When subscribed in the BET+ app on an Apple device, you have to watch inside the BET+ app on an Apple device.
