My IPAD AIR 5 has a black screen. Apple repair says I have to turn Find Me off before they send box to send IPAD for repair. What do I do? I’ve tried all the suggested solutions. I can’t turn off anything if I can’t turn the IPAD ON. Icloud says the IPAD IS OFFLINE. HELP

If you used iCloud to erase your iPad, even though the iPad is currently offline, that should satisfy the requirement to turn Find My off for this device.
