Apple TV/netflix

My Netflix on my Apple box isn't working, keeps throwing a retry message.

My Netflix is working fine on my Samsung, AND on my ipad.. it's the same account with multiple signins, and the apple box screens through a home projector.


Why won't it work through my Apple Box?

Try these steps:


-Try force quitting the app using this article: Switch quickly between Apple TV apps – Apple Support (UK)If the

-If that doesn't resolve the issue, delete the app then re-download and test.

-restart the Apple TV How to turn off or restart your Apple TV - Apple Support

-reach out the developer of the app if the issue persists. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
