iPhone won't connect to App Store without Wi-Fi

i cant connect to my appstore even if i have cellular data. Only connecting if in wifi.

On your phone, go to settings/mobile data and then scroll down until you see the App Store. Make sure this is toggled on, and then it should be working for you.

Be careful using the App Store on cellular as downloading items uses massive amounts of data.

I had trouble connecting to my App Store so I tried to remember the last change/adjustment I made to me phone. I had recently switched on VPN protection/shield on my AVG app. Turned it off and connected to App Store no problem. Hope that helps somebody.
