Just delete the Launch Agent completely. I don’t use their products, so I don’t know if that would break Chrome. Without the launch agent, it can’t check at all.
That`s what I meant - the content of the Google Help was not correct. Your link was fine, thanks. The content at google was not working, because after every new installation of chrome, google overwrites everything again...
Unfortunately it didn`work - Google always overwrites the made inputs with "3" ...

after deleting the files, ist comes up with the message...google cannot update by itself...

If you must use a chromium browser, try Edge. It installs Microsoft’s Autoupdate in the same way. I don’t know if it overwrites it—probably.
There are other chromium browsers.
