I've used the steps under apple watch help and they do not work. I have to charge my watch at least 2 times a day. I think the apps might be draining my apple watch.

Go to iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, and look at the installed apps then tap on each and turn off "Show on Apple Watch"
Alternatively unpair then set up again as 'New Watch'

On iPhone turn off Screen Time and try again.
On my iPhone, the switch to turn off the "Show on Apple Watch" does not move. I have tried on multiple apps. On my Watch series 8, the "x" that is supposed to be visible does not appear after hitting "edit apps". all of the apps are shaking but no "x". I have restarted both my watch and phone and ensured that I have the most recent updates. What else is there to do?
