Not able to save email attachments to iCloud Drive on iOS 16.5.1 for an exchange account

Hi, I'm on a iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 16.5.1.

For my email hosted by Apple I'm able to save attachments to iCloud Drive, but not for my work email which is an exchange account. When I try to save attachments to that account on my phone by select "Share" for an attachment and select "Save to Files" the "Save" button is greyed out.

Are there any known issues regarding this? Anyone else out there seeing the same problem? Any solutions?

It seems to be so with the different types of attachments I testet now. What is strange that I can save attachments to Google Drive and OneDrive in Files, but not to iCloud drive, "On My Phone" or Dropbox.

This is my employers phone and I have some profiles installed by them. I will ask them if they add any restrictions regarding saving attachments.

Hi Kaj Hejer,

Are there any restrictions set on your work Exchange account from your employer? Does this persist with any Exchange attachment? How about if you access your Mail from the web rather than the Mail app? This will help isolate the source of your issue. We look forward to hearing back from you. Just to confirm that you was right... This is caused by restrictions set on my work Exchange account from my employer.
