Battery on airpods 3

Battery on my case of new airpods 3 is dying when not in use. It drained around 4percent in last 4hours and I listened to music for around 3hours and battery from case went from 97% to 74%. Is this some firmware bug ??

Airpods Pro 3 - Battery Bugginess Purchase date/location: Best Buy, Sep 19 I started using them this morning with the Airpods and case battery at 100%. After about two hours of use in ANC mode (music playing for about one hour), the left Airpod was down to 54% but the right one was still at 93%. Both Airpods were in my ears the entire time. AIRPODS PRO 2 GEN CASE BATTERY DRAINING? Hi I want to ask others here if your AirPods Pro 2 gen battery of the case is draining apart from charging the pods and while not being used also? My case has come from 100% to 75% in 8 hours and then to 44% in 12 hours without having used them. are you also facing the same issue or is it just me guys?
