If someone blocks me, will their messages disappear from my I watch? Meaning, will my messages still be available but I can’t see their messages?

This would be expected behavior if you blocked the other person. Again, you will receive no indication whether anyone has ever blocked you.

You will never receive any indication whether someone blocked you or not.
