Phone trade in

I purchased a new iPhone in Berlins Rosenthaler Strabe store on the 13 July and submitted my old phone for trade in on the 18th July to the same store. The assessed trade in has not been credited to my credit card as documented on my receipt.

It should be credited but now? It’s been six days! I’m not happy that this has not occurred yet, payment taken out quickly, credit to same credit card should be undertaken in a timely manner too
