I can not Sync my iTunes Music across multiple devices.

I have read the help information, and I do not see "Sync Library" as an option to choose in either my Music>Settings>Preferences>General Tab OR under my Settings on my iPhone for Music. I am up to date on all software.

iPhone 12, iOS 16

Sync Library is a option for Apple Music subscribers.


Apple has a similar matching service called iTunes Match.

Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support


Then there is {Finder/iTunes}-based synchronization, where you use your computer to load individual iPhones (or iPads or iPods) with music from the library on a master Mac or PC.
