:)
I'm making a recommendation.
Getting Into iCloud:
Your Apple ID would be no more than an eMail address. So, do you still have this eMail address? If it is not accepting it, what happens when you try logging gin here: https://www.icloud.com/. Are you able to log in?

"Old iPhone 4s not accepting my new Apple ID: I know my Apple ID and password. I just reset my password this year because I forgot it. I just haven't been active on this device since 2015 I believe. And it won't let me log into iCloud at all. I'll post a picture. And excuse the busted screen again, it's a really really old phone lol."

Troubleshooting iPhone WiFi:
A few thoughts to try:
I. Start Here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch won't Connect to a Wi-Fi Network - Apple Support
II. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
III. Restart your Router:
IV. Reconnect to your Network:
V. Add Back the Network:

Thank you for the photo.
Troubleshooting iCloud Logins:
A. No. Clearing Temporary Internet Files will have no negative affect.
B. Trust Root Certificates:
Looking at your original photo, it reads "Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure
connection to the server." So, there is a problem with the certificate, and it probably has to do with how old your last login was.
C. Temporarily Disable Private Relay:
Reenable temporary relay afterwards. However, being an older iOS, it may or may not show as an option. Find more here: About iCloud Private Relay - Apple Support

"Okay so luckily I was able to download iTunes on my laptop. And I recovered everything!!! I had to update my device for my Apple ID to work. But I would really really like to thank you! You told me every way I could fix it. But iTunes save the day lol. Literally took me all night and all day but I'm not mad. Again, thank you! I appreciate you so much!!!"

You are most welcome.
Proud to have helped.

Logging In to iCloud on an Old iPhone:
A. Try Using WiFi:
It appears it is searching for service***. Assuming you have no line associated to this phone, what happens when you perform this through WiFi?

B. Try iCloud Photos:

Logging into Apple ID on an iPhone:
Is this YOUR iPhone? Is this a used iPhone that you purchased? If a used iPhone, then rerun it to the seller. If the seller does not log out of it, then you will never be able to user it yourself. The sis the site the seller should have used prior to selling it to you: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. The seller should have known better.
Why are you using such an obsolete phone? You should stick with a recent version --one compatible with the most recent iOS version: iOS16 (iOS17 is to be released this fall, BTW).

It's my old phone that I found. It's an iPhone. 4s. And it has pictures of my daughter when she was a. Newborn. And a lot more information that I would like to take off. I reset my Apple ID this year. Because I am no longer with Apple. I Have a Google Pixel 7 pro. Trust I'm not using this old phone. But I would like to log back in and get my information. But every time I enter my Apple ID password it says it's wrong. I'm not here to be judged. Just asking a questions. But like a little help.
