How to transfer iTunes library to new computer with Ventura

I am moving my iTunes library from an old iMac to a new mini Mac.

I downloaded the iTunes library onto a hard drive and was going to upload it onto the new computer.

But I now discover that iTunes is obsolete on Ventura.

How do I now upload this iTunes library?

Is there a way to upload and Ventura will work it out?

Or do I need to roll the mini Mac back to a previous version that still uses iTunes?

And either way, is there a step by step process?
