Here i take a new apple id and there is a problem this time i get my sisters apple id here but why i get that

I want to update my WhatsApp because before the version of WhatsApp is expired so I don’t getting my WhatsApp then i go to app store I can’t update that because first this phone used by my sister then she give me to this and the phones apple id and email id etc are hers then i changed this all and this time i go to app store there is showing to enter her apple id password and when i enter that her WhatsApp will update now I can’t update my WhatsApp or I can’t download any more apps

Verify that the Apple ID is yours at Settings > [name on top], and also at Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases.


One thing to note is that all the apps that were downloaded using her Apple ID, will not be available for you to update after you change the Apple ID to yours. You would need to delete her WhatsApp and then download the app using your Apple ID. The device is not able to manage apps using 2 different Apple ID's and you may need to decide which one you want to use with that device. Review this article about what to do when you give away a device, so the information is properly removed from the original Apple ID to avoid problems in the future.

Each Apple device is linked/associated with an Apple ID of the person who did the setup.

Then she has to remove the iPhone from his account, see this Apple article:

Then you can sign in with your own Apple ID.
