Ticketmaster and Apple Wallet- Ticketmaster requiring Face ID

Ticketmaster requires Face ID in order to add the ticket to Apple Wallet. But there is an error message "unable to add pass, try again later". On my Apple device under Face ID, Ticketmaster isn't listed and I don't see a way to add it. Ticketmaster has not given assistance to correct. Only to make sure I am on the latest iOS and the latest Ticketmaster app. I have read some comments that Ticketmaster requires the same ID as my Apple ID and that since Ticketmaster is using a changing barcode system, it can't be added to Apple Wallet. Any updates or assistance will be appreciated.

I’ve deleted Ticketmaster and reinstalled. Still unable to access my tickets. There is no option to allow Ticketmaster access to the camera either.

Apparently a terrible decision by Ticketmaster to require facial ID to download your tickets!

After clicking "View & Save tickets" it does not show the Icon "Add to Apple Wallet"... so i have no option to add them

I have same issue. No idea how to solve it. I have FaceId on phone set up but won’t work. Haven’t been able to add to my wallet for months.

I added an Apple account to my wallet, with $0.00, then went back and the tickets were blue to be added.

I don’t change a thing a suddenly I was able to add my Eagles tickets to my wallet. So somebody somewhere did something with an iOS or Ticketmaster update. My phone is now running 17.3.1

If you try Face ID several times in a row, do you see an option to use the passcode? Is it the Ticketmaster app requesting the Face ID.
