I just got a new phone and I’m trying to stop my iCloud from being deleted , how can I stop that?

It sounds as if you got some temporary iCloud space so that you would be able to transfer data from your old phone to your new phone. What that message means is that you have 8 days to complete that process before the temporary iCloud space expires:

If you want to keep using that space, you'll need to upgrade to iCloud+:

Let’s consider what you might mean by “iCloud”.
Your screenshot indicates that on your old iPhone, you did Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Prepare for New iPhone, which causes a temporary backup to be created in iCloud. That backup, which should naturally be used to set up your new iPhone, will be deleted in eight days, which is certainly more than enough time to use it.
When you buy a new iPhone Apple gives you free additional storage space for a limited time. Restore the phone from the backup so that when the additional storage disappears you won't be affected.
