Uploading videos from pc to iCloud

Thanks for participating in Apple Support Communities. To be sure we're on the same page, are these the steps you are taking to upload those videos: Add photos and videos to iCloud from your Windows computer - Apple Support

1. On your Windows computer, open File Explorer, then click iCloud Photos in the Navigation pane.

2. If you don’t see iCloud Photos, click Pictures in the Navigation pane, then double-click iCloud Photos.

3. Drag photos and videos to the folder.

If not, let us know the steps you are taking. Also, when trying to upload them does an alert appear, and if so, what does it say?
