iPhone battery health unknown

Had a issue with charging the phone would not charge at all took back to store and he had to replace the battery and now I’m getting that message.

Battery Health Unknown is a message that appears when a non-genuine Apple battery has been installed on your phone....or....if a genuine Apple battery was installed, the installation was not done correctly.

Take the phone back to get it fixed.

Verify that the shop is Apple authorized by using this link:

Find Locations

If it turns out that the shop is not Apple authorized, that will unfortunately open up a new large can of worms.
