Apps not updating

Apps not updating. I’ve signed out and signed back in with my Apple ID but updates are prompting a different Apple ID. (From an old work handset). and I transferred all my phone apps (mirroring) from a work issued handset to a new phone (personal ) but my apps were all installed on my previous phone with my original Apple ID. What do I do?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16
