Change a MacBook password

I have this problem

for a second time, I don’t know why my password is incorrect, yesterday I typed the same password and it was correct, but now it showing that my password is incorrect

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0

Unable to change my password I just logged into my Macbookpro laptop but I made a mistake with my password I want to change it but they are asking of the old password that I don’t know the correct one I use. Please I need help on this

My MacBook Air says "Incorrect Password "even after entering the correct password im typing the right password into my MacBook Air laptop and it says the password is wrong I’ve typed it in 50+ times now and it still won’t work I’ve even tried different passwords and there’s no way to change my password outside of the account [Edited by Moderator]
