I just logged into my Macbookpro laptop but I made a mistake with my password I want to change it but they are asking of the old password that I don’t know the correct one I use. Please I need help on this

Wondering which MacBook Pro model (Year) you use, and which MacOS version is installed.
(Your post seems to say MacOS version 10.13 (High Sierra) if that hasn't been updated.
