After update to iOS 16.6 on iPhone 12 Pro Max Game Center stop working. All games with Game Center support hold on booting. But on iPad Pro M2 with the same iOS 16.6 all works fine. Looks like mistake in last version for iPhone. Found solution with Apple support team, simply logout from Game Center and login back.

Make sure the apps using Game Center are closed. Go to settings - Game Center and scroll to the bottom and click Sign Out. Close Settings. Open settings, go back to Game Center and sign in.
