my USB ports on my laptop work but do not charge by iPhone or watch sufficiently.

I have a MacBook Pro, catalina. The USB ports are working, however when I charge my iPhone or new watch through my computer it only charges them about 1/3. Can this be fixed?

Watch charger doesn’t work in tesla My apple watch 8.7 usb-c charger works fine with power cube and my macbook usb-c. however, it won’t work when plugged into my new tesla m3 with its usb-c ports. those Tesla ports work fine charging my iphone (usb-c to lightening). any suggestions? thanks, bob

Is optimied charging on your iPhone or watch on? This might prevent your watch to overcharge
