Hi,I am planning to buy a macbook air from USA. I am planning my trip between August 24th and August 26th. Just to be certain I want my delivery done a few days before my arrival (22nd of August for instance) but I am not sure for how long Apple Store will keep my product for delivery. I am planning to buy it at Apple Store in 5th Avenue.
We do not work for Apple, so cannot give you an official answer, but most stores will hold an item 2 days or so. You would need to contact the individual store. Please note that you may have to return to the country of purchase for any warranty issues/repairs.

Are you saying you want to order your new MacBook Air online and have it delivered to the Apple Store on 5th Avenue in NYC?
Perhaps this is possible with stock configurations, but our Apple Store here said it wasn't possible to order online and pick it up at the Apple Store if it was a build to order configuration.
