I sent my iPad to get a new screen and sent this in and got a brand new one. Well the old one had my SIM card in it and the new one didn’t. What should I do

Your SIM card, if left within your old iPad when returned to Apple, is now lost. The SIM should have been removed prior to return.

You will need to directly contact your Cellular provider for a replacement DataSIM.
