Watch videos offline on iPad

Hi! My AppleTV app does not have tabs under the library… I have downloads from Amazon Prime but I’m not able to watch them offline. I need help. Thanks!

Open the prime video app and go under the download section inside the app.

Movies Anywhere offline download I downloaded movies using the download offline from Movies Anywhere which is connected to my Apple TV app. Instructions said to do this if I wanted to watch movies on a flight because I wouldn’t have access to the app. It shows it downloaded but it is not showing in my files download folder. I’m assuming it only downloaded to the app. How do I get it downloaded to my actual iPad to watch without an internet connection in airplane mode?

How to watch Purchased Films on Smart TV..... I have numerous movies I have bought which are stored in my iPhone / iPad in the appletv+ app in Library. When I open the app on my smart TV the Library is not showing up on the left. How can I watch the movies I have purchased on the TV?

After downloading on ipad it doesn't give me the option to view it while offline.
