Mac mini m2 temps is too hight

mac mini m2 temps is too hight, i just open one safari tab even when i’m don’t use anything the temps still stay in 100-120 degree F or 43 degrees celcius. Is that normal with mini m2 or my mac mini have a problem? Please help me

Those temp's are good and there is nothing to worry about unless they go over 75 or 80C.



If you want a little more cooling, you can manually raise the fan speed up a couple hundred rpm or use the Custom Sensor Based Control of MacFanControl.

To compare with my M2 14" laptop, my CPU temps are 50C - 54C with tons of stuff loaded, but nothing doing heavy work. My fans are at 0 rpm.


Keep in mind web browsers are not necessarily light work depending on the web pages being viewed. So many web pages have all sorts of trackers and other things running in the background utilizing resources.
