When I replace SIM card fork an and set up then I hit continue. It says to contact Apple

start at the beginning. I use a se model iPhone. My carrier is through straight talk, had to buy a SIM card kit to continue use from carriers buying carriers. Now after setup, hit continue its I must contact you. Straight talk could never remedy the problem, in settings it says that it is locked by track one!! I need help. Lost hours already
