I changed my AppleID and pswd and after that I cannot setup my e-mail account type ***@icloud.com to access from Outlook on Windows 10 to icloud.com domain

I tried in mail preferences of Outlook to change pswd, but it does not allow me access to Apple IMAP icloud.com. I receive the error with message to check my Apple ID or pswd.

I also deleted this ***@icloud.com mailbox and started again in Outlook as to setup new mail account, but I receive always the same error message which does not allow access to IMAP.

I have solved this issue. I login to appleid.apple.com and chose Sign-in and Security topic. Than I chose APP-Specific Password and create new password to be used in Outlook for Windows.

Origin of the problem is: After you change AppleID password Apple revokes access to all non-Apple applications, like Outlook on Windows. You can not even use the new password for AppleID in Outlook for Windows.

Only the App-Specific Password helped me to reestablish iCloud mail in Outlook for Windows.
