I am deleting messages but it still shows when the recipient kept my audio message and unsent a message. I don’t want to delete the entire conversation but just these notifications. Help me?

Currently there isn't a way to remove those types of notifications from a Messages thread. If that's something you'd like to see Apple implement in a future update, you can submit that feedback to them here: Product Feedback - Apple
