ios16 duplicate photo non-existent

When you go to your albums in Photos, scroll down under "utilities" you should see a duplicates option that will show only if you have duplicates. Keep in mind that if you don't have any duplicate videos or photos in your library, you will not see a Duplicates album in the Photos app.
