Canadian Multilingual Standard

Hello, I live in Quebec and I am trying to get the CMS (Canadian Multilingual Standard) keyboard on the latest iPad Air.

The CMS is a keyboard that allows to type both in French and English, it is a QWERTY keyboard and has the é and è letters on the right side for easy access.

It is not the same as the French Canadian keyboard offered by Apple (nor any other French-speaking keyboards offerd) and I could not find a viable third-party download.

The only site I found is this (it shows the full keyboard), I downloaded their link but it wasn’t recognized by my iPad. https://help.keyman.com/keyboard/basic_kbdcan/1.1.1/basic_kbdcan

Anyone figured this out?

Thanks

Isn't CMS just the same as Apple's Canadian French CSA as far as the right side and qwerty are concerned? What is it you need that CSA does not have in the right place?
