HEllo W-G-D,

If you've forgotten what email address you used as your Apple ID, you'll need to start with figuring that out. Here's some ways you may be able to find the Apple ID email: If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number

If you're able to figure out what email address you used, you can then use these steps to reset the account password: If you forgot your Apple ID password

If you are able to figure out what your account is and regain access to it, you can then use these steps to redownload purchased items from the iTunes Store: Redownload music

This obviously will only apply to items that were purchased from the iTunes Store and connected with an Apple ID account. Music that came from CD's you would need to re-import those CD's to the new computer.

Import songs from CDs into iTunes on PC

Cheers!
